As a future Software Engineer (maybe), cooking is one kind of techniques that is valuable as programming skills. There is an old saying in Chinese “民以食为天”, which means that Every one of human beings rely on food, especially delicious and nutritious food. I treat this seriously as it is tightly related to my health. A good diet helps to control the daily values for Fat, Carbohydrates, and minerals. In this recipe below, I will share several delicious and nutritious dishes.

This is the first dish that I learned and managed to practice it several times. I would say that this is really good for the Gym people as it is proteins everywhere. At the same time, the dish does not include many oil and highly customizable(you can add any veges if you want).

Soy Chili Mix 凉拌菜 is categorized as cold dishes, which refers that the food should be cold and thus it is a good dish that helps you to cool down during summer. The dis is mainly made of soy product (the food that is made of soy), Wood ear, cilantro, dried chilli, and Pan roasted peanuts. In this recipe, I will teach you how to easily make such delicious dish.

Ingredient Preparation

In this step, there are a lot of stuff is required, but many of them are optional. You can change the ingredient that fits your flavor, but I cannot guaranteed for the same taste and the dish maybe not that amazing because of the change of ingredients.

  • Cilantro (If you like it, please put as much as you can!)
  • Fried peanut (for the crunchy texture)
  • Cucumber
  • Tofu (old tofu is better)
  • Chilly
  • Soy Sauce
